What You Will Achieve

You will be a member of Pfizer’s dedicated and highly effective quality assurance and control team. Your knowledge of quality control will be helpful to support our quality programs. Your ability to analyze chemical, biological or microbiological products will help us manage our quality. Your contribution to environmental testing, utility monitoring, analytical testing, microbial identification and sterility testing will help Pfizer provide safe drugs to its patients.

Your qualifications of unique Quality Control instruments will help us meet accuracy specifications for sample management, retains managements, interpretation and evaluation. You will also be relied on for establishing requirements for the transfer of methodology from R&D.

How You Will Achieve It

Able to perform all Analytical equipment/instruments Preventive Maintenance as per schedules.

Able to do maintenance and troubleshooting (Hardware & Software) of Lab instruments/equipment’s.

Performance verification Support for of Analytical Equipment’s

Quality Control Software data management. (Software installations, Backup’s, User ID and password management, projects creation and other administrative support works.)

Equipment Commissioning, Installations and qualifications.

Spare Inventory management (critical and non-critical spares).

Ensuring maintenance of all the equipment’s in working conditions.

Co-ordination and communication with cross functional teams and equipment vendors for technical support.

Providing technical training to the users.

Preparation of PMP’s and all maintenance document’s related to Analytical instruments/equipment’s and ensuring Compliance.

Support in preparation of URS, Instrument specification, instrument evaluation and justification

Understanding of cGMP, GDP and GLP Pharmaceutical Industry.

Laboratory Compliance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

B.Sc. with PG Diploma Instrumentation, M.Sc. Electronics & Instrumentation, B-Tech Electronics & Instrumentation.

Knowledge on Good Manufacturing Practices and its application standards, processes and policies

Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to multi-task

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Have

Laboratory work experience on trouble shooting and maintenance of Laboratory instruments/equipment’s.

Experience leading continuous improvement projects

Knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma methodologies, and statistics
