PGEIN Consulting Hiring for Accounts Executive at Chandigarh Full Time

Responsibilities-

• Creating and handing invoicing on daily basis for clients.
• Creating reports for Account receivables and Account Payables.
• Preparing Vendor reconciliations.
• Reconciling Purchase and Sale on regular basis.
• Creating the reports as per the requirement of the management.
• Ensure that Expense Reports are following Company policies, check supporting documentation, calculations.
• Meeting the Timelines and Deadlines relating to Expenses batch close and submitting them further for Payment.
• Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Generating invoices and account statements.
• Performing account reconciliations.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
• Producing monthly financial and management reports.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s in Commerce / Master’s in Commerce or MBA.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well with a range of individuals.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of accounting software (eg. QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic and passionate.

Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM, Monday to Friday

Salary: 20k-40k per month
