PGEIN Consulting Hiring for Invoicing Specialist at Chandigarh Full Time

Responsibilities-

• Creating and handing invoicing on daily basis for clients.
• Creating reports for Account receivables and Account Payables.
• Preparing Vendor reconciliations.
• Creating the reports as per the requirement of the management.
• Meeting the Timelines and Deadlines relating to Expenses batch close and submitting them further for Payment.
• Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s in commerce / master’s in commerce or MBA.
• 2-6 years of experience in North American accounting (Trucking Industry).
• Well-organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work well with a range of individuals.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of accounting software (Fleet Manager, Truck Mate) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic and passionate.

Work Location: Work from office, located in Chandigarh IT Park
