In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better
Customer Service Support 3 interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
Customer Service/Order entry/processors are a customer facing part of the supply chain. You will fill service orders from large clients and input those orders into supply chain software so that order fillers or other warehouse workers can complete the process and get materials moving to the customer.
You are responsible for
Customer Service: Order processors work via email with customers to process their service orders. Being friendly and understanding their needs is crucial to the job.
Computer Skills: Order processors with computers and database systems. Understanding how to use a keyboard, typing, as well as computer programs like spreadsheets and Word documents is helpful.
Good Vision: Being able to see well and read information that might not be well written is key.
Time Management: Speed is of the essence. Being able to manage how much time is spent on a project is important.
Performing, as a skilled worker, a number of Customer Service support tasks:
Determining, based upon professional knowledge, HOW best to approach the task and how to solve abnormalities
Analyzing abnormalities that occur within own working area and reasons, based upon professional knowledge and insights, where the cause lies and remedies it
Completing work with a limited degree of supervision.

This role will be a part of the Technical Services Team in Philips Pune
Our vision is to deliver clinical solutions to our customers, whether indirectly through Original Equipment Manufacturers of MRI scanners, or directly to clinical MRI users. Our history is grounded in the expert development of MRI coils and more recently in the development of integrated clinical solutions like Functional MRI.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Knowledge of ERP/ SAP system to be able to create product orders
Data Entries with attention to detail
Strong time management and organization skills
Professional communication skills are the must
Customers focus
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Must be a team player
