Job Title – Agriculture Extension OfficerLocation: Hisar/Obra/Bahal/Hanumangargh/*United Phosphorus Ltd (UPL), was established with an objective to contribute services to improve Indian farming by providing solutions to optimize farm productivity.Job responsibilities:

Overseeing and participating in demand creation process at grass root level and conducting daily contact programmes for farmers benefits.

UPL Group product awareness at farmer level.

Development activity in selected villages, relationship management of existing farmers.

Feedback collections of customers on product and services to cross verify for effective relationship development.

Relationship management with existing farmers, coordination with Farmers, with the view of Maximizing farmers delight.

Innovation – suggestion and idea sharing.

Qualification and Experience:
Preferably Graduate / Diploma in Agriculture Science.
