Job Title Data Scientist (Analytics)

• You will use the latest analytical techniques such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Create efficient data models that link multiple data sources for use by team members to create user-specific visualizations that suit their needs.
• Develop dashboards using industry-recognized software data tools.
• Develop automated routines that refresh data sources and eliminate manual updating.
• Implementing and adhering to best practices for documenting work products.
• You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, formulate problems, and deliver data-driven insights aligning on content and priority.
• You will keep abreast of technical developments and practices in your own field through literature, courses/trainings, technical contacts, and competitive environment.
• Identify and processing data sources into a rich database that can be queried to create dashboards that illustrate product performance trends.
• Establishing and maintaining an operational network to support the projects/areas you work on.

You’re the right fit if:

• You have a Bachelors Degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a similar discipline and developed strong analytical skills with the ability to think methodically, reason, embrace concepts; formulate insights, and present compelling cases for action/decision-making.
• Youve acquired 5+ years of experience beyond your education in data analysis in Data Science with a demonstrated ability to design and implement effective and efficient databases, preferably in cloud environments that are product-focused. 10+ years if you do not have a degree.
• Experience & excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms to build models
• Your skills include experience with SQL, Power BI, and/or Qlik required, Python is a strong preference. You have demonstrated your capability to synthesize data, understand business dynamics, and think strategically.
• You are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously to produce balanced outcomes that maximize integrated value for the company with the ability to network and team up with colleagues to deliver higher throughput with more impact.
• A self-starter, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills who easily connects and builds trust.
