Job Description
Manage the end to end Mobile Phone Fleet management portfolioýffs i.e. Telephone Expense Management, TEMS owned Incidents lifecycle, share scheduled inputs to Problem & Knowledge management team. Ensure tickets closure within the agreed SLA. Manage all SLAs and KPIs attached to Mobile Phone Fleet management service line. Prepare timely reports for the client Timely acknowledgement, assignment & Queue management of tickets to team. Conduct team meetings, Sort any non-technical issues within the team, Roistering and ensure adequate leave planning . Ensure knowledge base articles are available regularly, Ensure proper documentation of technical/process changes in present service line architecture . Monitor the team common mail boxes and respond to client e-mails ,Own and conduct reviews as per the governance model of the program. Tracks matrices related to performance of the service line and drives service improvement plans and programs to improve them. Fulfilling Software Licensed software requests, Purchase and renewal of licenses (Excluding America). Validation, updating and creation of IT hardware asset records in ServiceNow Maintaining the IT portal. Handling request management tickets. Creating and updating catalogue items and different workflows Good experience with Servicenow tool and servicenow dashboards
