Philips Hiring for Design Transfer Specialist at Bangalore, India Full Time

Your role:

• Lead and manage technical relations within R&D, PMO, Marketing, OPS, Customer Support team.

• Contribute in Design reviews during product development phase, review design control documents.

• Lead Process validation activities of new products and processes introduction.

• Lead Production Verification activities.

• Create and maintain production specifications documents including hardware specs, software deployment, labeling and packaging.

• Define, create and maintain product BOM according to design specifications.

• Transfer the design from development team to Production and/or Manufacturing Partner (3rd party)

• Create and submit CR

• Prepare CN, evaluates it for completeness, accuracy and ensures that all applicable content has been attached to the CN. The CN contains all needed information in order to release new CBoM.

• Schedule CCB review to review the changes with all relevant approvers.

• Complete Change Notice Tasks. CN Released will trigger the interface and move relevant information to SAP. Configuration Management confirms in SAP that the CN is published.

• After the Supply Chain Enrichment step has been completed, resolve the CN.

• Create and release CBOM Document in PLM

• Publish the industrial structure to MBP

• Drive creation and release in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool of:

• Production procedures

• Master Validation plan

• Production Verification plan/report

• eBOM/MBOM in PLM

• Device Master Record (DMR) Index with output of Design Transfer activities

• DHR and EDVR

• DLR

• Support on internal and external Audits to the extent of your competence to ensure conformance to Business processes.

You’re the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations including master data management (SAP ERP).

• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

• Project management and change management skills and experience in working across functions, multiple sites and cultures required.

• Quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills

• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Required experience with SAP Implementation projects and data migration.

• Process rigor and discipline in program and quality system execution, including product documentation systems and applications.

• You’re an expert at communicate effectively with both suppliers and internal stakeholders, setting priorities and communicating effectively and demonstrate a strong ability to anticipate on problems and take ownership over decisions and actions.

• Experience in lieu of Bachelors degree will be considered.

• Advantageous to know CPQ tools.
