Electrical Designer- firmware (FPGA)
To be part of an exciting team and contribute to the design, development and maintenance of medical system, components, and products. In this role of Firmware Engineer (FPGA), you are responsible for the development and maintenance of Systems/Subsystems firmware and will gain substantial knowledge of complex systems in the medical environment. Together with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, you play a crucial role in getting these systems/sub-systems to the required performance, by understanding the electrical, electronics and controls and looking for the best solutions within those boundaries. This requires broad orientation, conceptual skills and a “can do” mentality.
Qualification Profile:
Completed engineering studies at university level; BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electronics/Electrical
5– 15 years of experience in CPLD/FPGA/ ASIC Design & Development
Experience with Micro-semi, lattice, Altera or Xilinx CPLD & FPGA Devices.
•Experience of coding in VHDL/Verilog languages, development of testbench
Hands-on experience on multiple FPGA development tools such as Vivado, ISE, Vitis, Quartus, Libero & Lattice tool.
Experience in using the IP cores, SOC, filter implementation inside the FPGA’s.
Solid knowledge on the STA, Timing constraints, PAR work-flow.
Familiar in using the DDR3, DDR2, SDRAM, SRAM, Flash memories.
Experience developing software for complex systems in regulated industry (medical, automotive, aviation)
Familiar with version Control tools like GIT, Azur
Working Knowledge of serial / network communications including UART, I2C, SPI, Ethernet (TCP/IP, UDP), CAN, RS485.
Knowledge in using the ILA, Matlab – Simulink, Tcl for FPGA debugging & testing.
Knowledge of IEC 62304/ISO13485 standards is an added advantage.
Quality mindset in design and documentation.

Technical Project Manager
The Technical Project Manager is part of global organization that delivers impact to multiple businesses within Philips. The role manages high impact, complex transfer projects that enables Philips to reduce risk, improve profitability, align with Philips’ strategic supply base and optimize supply chain flexibility. The primary function within this role is to execute fast-paced, high quality transfer projects and drive technical ideation of productivity projects working with R&D, Operations, PE & CM counterparts.
Qualification Profile:
BE/BTech in Electrical/ Electronics/ instrumentation engineering as a base and grown into project management.
5 to 15 years’ experience in a high-tech industry with a focus on working with suppliers for design changes & product launches
PMP certification is a preference
Strong data analytics skills (excel, project manager etc.,)
Six sigma Green belt/ Black belt certification is a preference
Experience in handling multi-functional teams (operations/factory, R&D, procurement, IWD etc.,)
Experience in LCM domain
Experience as a Design Transfer Leader
Experience with cost engineering and management.
Experience in design cycle of high tech electronic components, assemblies, and/or electro-mechanical systems
Strong project management skills is a must with ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, across functions and organizational layers; proven ability to manage relationships at all org levels.
Knowing and understanding broad business perspective.
Knowledge of Supply management strategies and tools.
Demonstrated ability in working in a complex/global environment.
Prior experience in data analytical tools, dashboard creation for program management are preferred

Qualification Profile:
Master/Bachelor in Electrical/ Electronics engineering with 5 to 15 years of experience
Expertise in design techniques, application domain and engineering. Keeps it up-to-date and propagates it, both internal and external.
Ability to technically lead a team with a Domain Expertise in Machine Design, Manufacturing process, Materials selection, Value Engineering
Analytical, creative, and intellectual thinker, with ability to perform mechanical design calculations & verify designs
Good Knowledge of Manufacturing processes while designing.
Excellent command on, skills like Reliability measures, DFSS (Design for Six Sigma), Risk Analysis, DFMEA, DFM, GD & T, Tolerance Stack up Analysis etc.
Lateral thinker with bird’s eye view, capable of finding an appropriate solution to complex problems.
Is capable to introduce new technologies and efficiency improvements on group level (change management)
Knowledge of and experience in hardware/software interfaces, understanding of cross functional operations
Exposure to work on global environment, ability to communicate on different levels, good listener, coach and guide project team, with good presentation skills

Strong communication and collaborative abilities, proactively seeks out expertise and advice and input from others in a collaborative team-environment.
Experience in developing the requirements for electro-mechanical assemblies.
Knowledge in part qualification and statistical process studies such as CP and CPK andbe able to work with suppliers to improve part process capability.
Experience in lifecycle testing and verification activities of cables to meet functional and lifecycle requirements.
Experience working with suppliers and design partners, including part/module development and resolving technical issues.
Strong technical writing/ documentation skills for regulated medical device design environment, including requirements definition.

System Engineering
Qualification Profile:

Qualification Profile:

Assess & create a PCN document for each change request/product defect assigned in TeamTrack
Create a Requirements/Char Specification document
Schematic, Assembly drawing and Bill of materials
Test protocols which includes Module Verification plan & report
Execute module verification testing and log results
Perform release activities includes DVR, eMatrix DHF update and write Memo’s as needed
Follow Philips QMS guidelines and update design history files per latest standard template
Assess & create a PCN document for each change request/product defect assigned in TeamTrack
Create a Requirements/Char Specification document
Attend training to execute Project deliverables
Methodical, effective troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
