• Supports strategy development and business decision making with financial analysis, strategy modelling and portfolio management.

• Builds models, cases and “what if’ scenarios to inform strategic business decisions and manage the portfolio based on understanding of key business drivers.
• Assesses business opportunities and risks, predicts trends, estimates profitability and growth areas, provides creative solutions, manages costs and allocates resources to add value and manage the portfolio.
• Analyzes multiple trends and inputs to identify strategic options for managing the portfolio and making business decision.
• Analyzes, interprets and drives value creation through funding, financing, investment decision making and working capital management.

• Protects business value by understanding and managing financial risk in line with investment governance, processes and strategy.

• Knowledge of the business and competitive environment, macroeconomic factors, business processes and management agenda.
• Understands the interrelationships between these factors and the impacts on daily work and the organization’s goals.
• Connects financial concepts, results, data, forecasts and external factors to business implications.
• Drives financial performance (P&L responsibility, Mkt. share, growth & profitability)
• Understands business drivers and develops options to maximize business performance and value
• Manages the financial planning processes for the market (AOP & RoFo)

Key areas of responsibility

• Manage financial planning process for the market (AOP, RoFo & LV).
  • Review with Business Managers the Q*P Mix in LV vs. Market Deployment
  • Support Business Managers ’s in BIM Review based on Demand Planning Inputs
  • Evaluate ASP’s viz.a.viz Price Realization to assess right Target Price-assessment
  • Reporting Mix Trend both for OIT & Revenue, Market Share & Competition Landscape Analysis and Order Book Analysis to enable sound business decision making
• Drive financial performance (P&L, MIS Reporting, Growth & profitability)
  • Review Actual SO Level Profitability and comparison vs Plan
  • Identify Bleeder Sales Order and do RCA to establish corrective plan
  • Review Cost at G/L Level to identify leaky buckets and deep dive on root cause
  • Review Project Accruals ( Actual vs Plan), Inventory Controlling, Management Reporting Analysis (Local, Adders etc.) and MEC closure activities.
  • Manage Inventory Reporting by supporting on closure of Diversion, Spin Orders, and FOC Closure.
• Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Supports strategy development and business decision making with financial analysis, strategy modelling and portfolio management.
  • Participate with Business in Market Share review at BU and Segment level and share financial insights of current trend vs plan to drive Market Share
  • Work on Strategic Projects to improve Topline, Market Share and Profitability
  • Work Closely with Projects and Business team to understand the OOH Conversion to revenue and Book and Bill Opportunities.
• To drive commercial decision and analysis by evaluation Customer Level Profitability, District Level Profitability and Customer Life Time Value assessment.
