We are looking for a data driven and results-oriented professional to drive & execute growth initiatives for the UPI Business within Payments. As Manager, Payments Growth you will be responsible for managing UPI market share (P2P, P2M, Merchant & Bank Partnerships) and growth of UPI based products such as AutoPay, Scan & Pay, etc. for the largest UPI player in India.
This is a high-impact role that requires :
You will work cross-functionally, collaborating with teams across Product, Business, Finance, Analytics, Tech, Legal and Marketing to drive impact.
Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience working on growth strategies, customer retention, product led growth, etc.
Education: MBA from Tier 1 college (Preferred)
