PhonePe is India’s leading digital payments platform with over 400 million+ registered users. We are looking for an Operations Analyst who has a positive enthusiasm attitude, proactive and progressive in nature with good verbal and written communication skills. This role requires strong organizational, multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily operations which includes communication with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Raising Purchase Requests based on the requirements.
• Involves Vendor management, to track/followup from the release of the Purchase order onwards until the asset is delivered/invoiced and accounted for in the system.
• Tracking the life cycle of a Purchase in Database/System.
• Creation of Policy/Standard Operating Procedure for streamlining.
• Manages daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Tracking Purchases due for renewal.
• Meets multiple daily deadlines.
• To be execution-focused.
• Adaptable to new responsibilities with a positive attitude.

Required Experience:

• Knowledge of IT Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Order amendment process.
• Understanding of CAPEX and OPEX. Including invoice processing, Goods Received Note (GRN) creation, Accruals and GST concepts.
• Candidate with a technical background is a plus. (Physical servers/network related)
• Exposure to physical asset management.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Sheets.
• Good communication skills.
• Works with minimal supervision.
