Exp : 2 to 9 years On Roll exp in Channel Sales ,B2C Sales

Age : Upto 32

Education : Any Graduate

Communication : Excellent communication

Industry Exp : Paint or Waterproofing only

Key Responsibility Areas:

Key Dealer Management:

•Appoint & Adopt 30-40 Key Paint dealers (Anchor outlets : PIL sale >=30 lacs per annum, Non-Anchor outlets : PIL sale >=12 lacs per annum) in all covered towns

•Dealer level sales planning & order booking as per Shop & Market share ambition POS product display & merchandizing through company provided tools/kits

Driving User Loyalty & Engagement

•User Sufficiency – Driving Painting Contractor listing & enrollment across all covered towns

•Adopting top 50 contractors across all anchor outlets for conversion & site business delivery

Team Management:

•Manage SS team performance & KPI achievement through training/coaching and constant guidance

•Career planning & development of all SS for timely upgradation; Providing clarity on scorecard & driving higher team score

•Ensuring zero SS manpower gaps in TTY with maintenance of ready pool for replacement

Systems, Policies & Reviews:

•Adherence to Ways of Working guidelines, modules & policies

•Exception analysis with root cause to be reported to RMDM has context menu
