Job Title: HR Analytics Specialist ( MIS ).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Analytics Specialist who is passionate about interpreting and analyzing data to drive decision-making. The HR Analytics Specialist will be responsible for gathering data from various human resources and administrative databases, developing HR metrics, producing statistical and predictive models, and interpreting trends and patterns to support HR and management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, and competitors’ practices.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to understand trends, patterns, and insights within the data.
• Use statistical techniques to interpret data and produce substantiated recommendations.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor the workforce.
• Present data-driven reports to leadership and HR staff.
• Conduct internal audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new HR systems and tools for data collection and reporting.
• Train HR staff on data analysis and reporting techniques.
• Collaborate with HR and management to identify business challenges and use data analysis to propose solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Analytics Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in statistical software, data visualization tools, and HR data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
