The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design’s production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Entrepreneurial acumen
• Ability to breakdown complex problems into smaller pieces and layout clear game plans
• Comfort with big datasets and ability to derive actionable insights
• Deal with ambiguity and translate input efforts into output business KPIs
• Ability to manage stakeholders across levels to deliver on challenging execution plans

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

The role will entail wearing multiple hats including :-

• Work on high impact special projects directly with the founders and senior management
• Dig into detailed business metrics, identify root causes/ insights and pick-up hands on execution to drive projects to closure within expected timelines
• Work cross functionally across teams to Get Things Done
• Lead 0 to 1 initiatives, such as new business models, partnerships, transformation projects, etc. that require cross functional collaboration, execute successful POCs, derive learnings, layout the long term processes and hand over to long term owners
• Identify and prioritize medium-long term projects that can deliver non-linear growth in scale of business and/ or revenues
