Position: Assistant Manager- Research & Development Location: Tarapur Criteria: MSC (Chemistry) with 3+ years of experience in Chemical Synthesis

Job Purpose: This position would be responsible for ensuring if the development of new products, the customer demand for quality & cost effective product is met within the timeline while closely working with Head R&D. This position will also be responsible to execute all research and development activities independently or under supervision to achieve business Objectives. Job Responsibility:

• To carry out bench scale experiments and identification of critical parameters
• To prepare the samples for the technical qualification at the customers
• Prepare and keep updated professional documentation of all technical activities and trials that are carried out in house and at the customers
• Conduct technical presentations and line trials at the customers
• Follow up on the customer complaints and help the customers in problem solving
• Be responsible for cleanliness of lab and workshop area
• Closely coordinate with the Sales team and assist them in developing new customers, new products etc.
• Responsible for completion of new products with specific timelines and executing all R&D activities connected to a particular project.
• Ensure process development & optimization.
• Liaising between production, marketing, Purchase and quality assurance department to produce a desired product at an acceptable quality standard.
• Documentation and online modification of recipes, routing and formulas. Maintenance of COA & specification sheets of new ingredients in initial stages.
