Job Description

PipeCandy is building the largest and cleanest dataset of eCommerce companies and D2C Brands. Commercepedia, the proprietary technology of PipeCandy tracks over a million companies. World’s leading eCommerce infrastructure platforms are PipeCandy’s customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable, cloud-native applications
• Plan, develop and refine technical requirements for given business requirements
• Monitor, test, and maintain the code to address any changes in the application
• Implement best practices and patterns in design, development, deployment, and testing
• Look to solve problems with an optimistic approach and take on challenges

Techno-Functional Expertise Required:

• Hands-on experience in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
• Sound knowledge in packages like Pandas, NumPy, and TDD development
• Good understanding/expertise of file storage, HTTP, data crawling, data extraction, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture
• Should have cloud experiences like AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements
• Ability to architect and develop scalable, cloud-native applications that are cross-browser compatible
• Experience with software engineering best practices and familiarity with project management tools like Jira

Skills Required:

• Ability to interact with customers and understand their expectations from the product
• Ability to strategize, prioritize and execute the product
• Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative environments
• Ability to optimize time and effort, especially in a multi-product, multi-project work environment
