Roles and Responsibilities

1. Cover Retail Outlets in the respective territory

2. Achieve assigned monthly Target

3. Responsible for New Outlet Opening

4. Responsible for New Product Launch

5. Manage Distributor in his assigned area

6. Achieve POB Target on daily Basis

7.Ensure POB execution(secondary)

8. Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) on daily basis

9. Responsible for repeat & frequent order from outlets

10. Responsible for merchandising & store branding

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry

• Product understanding

• Negotiation

• Good local geographical Knowledge

• Local Language fluency

• Distributor Management

• Basic Calculation of retail scheme/ distributor scheme

The SIG division provides structured mezzanine funding to corporate’s in various sectors including infrastructure.

PEL’s information management business, Decision Resources Group is a leading provider of information based services to the healthcare industry, providing high quality, web-enabled research, predictive analytics via proprietary databases and consulting services to the global healthcare industry.
