Pixis is a California-based technology company that provides codeless AI infrastructure to enable customers to scale accurate data-driven marketing. The company’s codeless AI infrastructure currently comprises over four-dozen proprietary AI models that are deployed across an ecosystem of products and plugins. Pixis is on a mission to provide marketers with robust plug-and-play AI products without them having to write a single line of code.
Object: To optimize the salesforce system.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
Preparing reports for sales and other departments.
Working with different teams and team members across the globe to ensure data is maintained properly and filled out properly
Take ownership of SF development requests and work with the Clientele team to ensure the development of specific features is on track and as per the requirements
Solve all SF queries from the global team
Take ownership of working with Sales and CS teams across the globe and develop SF onboarding and procedures for each team and team member
Take ownership of SF for the whole org and work cross-functionally to port various processes to SF and help streamline workflow across the org
Education & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science would be advantageous.
2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
Proficient and fluent in English
Ability to understand business requirements and coordinate with the development team
Ability to communicate challenges and advantages clearly to various teams and team members
