Your Role & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for Business and Business Development in the Region
• Draw business plans for the region aligned with the Zonal and National business plan.

• You will have to tie up with various Educational Institutions offering +2/HSC/Intermediate, Graduation and Post Graduation programs. These will be part of FSA – Incampus Program
• You will also be responsible for business of FSA – Off Campus program. In this program, the students will come to our center for various skilling programs.
• You will be responsible for managing the team (Sales and Delivery Teams) and ensuring optimal performance from each of them.

Expectation

• Fluency in English & Hindi and ability to speak in public and give presentation
• MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to set the vision for business growth and formulate strategies
• Ability to nurture relationship with the customers and grow the accounts
• Must have leadership, Team Management & People Management skills
• Must be keen eye on the quality of our educational programs and services

Eligibility

• Must be an MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing from a reputed Institution
• Age should not be greater than 30 years
• Must have achieved busines targets in the past consistently

• Must have led the team in the past for atleast 2-4 years

• Total Work experience should not be greater 6-8 yrs.
• Must know how to create Marketing campaigns and know how to develop Ad Contents, Taglines, Message Body etc.

Remuneration:

• 6 lacs per annum out of which 3 lacs fixed and 3 lacs as performance bonus to be given every quarter based on the business performance of the quarter.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
