Arrangements for meetings
Making travel plans as requested
Organizing and following up on requests for information, data, and project status reports
internally and externally
Screening and directing calls and visitors
Miscellaneous tasks – Special event arrangements, Gift cards, Personal task, etc.
Flexible to coordinate in off work timings
Any other day to day work of business and personal nature , not mentioned above
Qualifications:
Preferred having a Secretarial College Degree.
Having a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position requiring
practices, strong skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.), basic
accounting, filing, etc.
Excellent writing and communication skills. Proficiency in Management is an asset
