We are looking for Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager- Quality

Location – Khushkera, Rajsathan

Company- Manufacturing of Rubber Compounds, Engineered components, Injection Molding

• Major Products handled –Engine plastic mounded parts, Body molded parts, foot rest parts, Mirror assy parts, canister assy parts, car interior trims, cluster, bumpers, lights etc

12 -15 years of work experience handling Quality. 1. Knowledge and technical understanding of automotive processes, components and manufacturing techniques.

Exposure to World class system like SPC, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 /IATF 16949 : 2016

Job Purpose:

Strategic and tactical responsibility for implementing Quality strategy. Lead and deploy the Quality Management system, striving for best in class products and business practices to deliver to the customer’s expectations, managing teams and projects across the business. Create and implement best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance. Actively lead the reduction of Customer PPMs (Parts Per Million), Warranty, Cost of Quality and in-house scrap and waste. Implement new quality processes and systems where appropriate. Maintain procedures and processes to ISO / TS16949 / IATF, ensuring company wide compliance, legal and customer specifications and standards.

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
