Supervising emergency departments like Casualty, Operation Theatre, ICU, Medical
wards, Cath Lab etc.
Making duty roasters and managing staff leaves without compromising the quality.
Creating RMO duty schedules as well as Nursing and Other Staff duty schedules
Training the staff to follow standard NABH guidelines. Performing daily rounds in every department and providing appropriate guidelines as needed.
Auditing patients file on daily basis.
Monitoring and preparing the reports department-wise.
Supervising and cross-checking all the medical records.
Resolving patients’ complaints and queries.
Taking daily updates from all departments like Nursing, MRD, Linen, Biomedical, BVG, and Security etc.
