Job Description:
We are looking for an organized floor coordinator to supervise all floor activity. Candidates with good communication skills, problem-solving, and patient handling abilities who can assist patients in obtaining services.
*Hospital Experience is Mandatory
Requirements:
Prior experience in a managerial position.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in Sales would be advantageous.
Highly organized.
Responsibilities:
1. Looking after facility management of the center (i.e. Repair & Maintenance).
2. Handling patient complaints with respect to any payment/general issues.
3. Looking after day to day operations of the center. Ensure hygiene and safety measures at center at all given time
4. Co-ordinate with HR for Manpower requirement & quality audits.
5. Handling staff queries related to HR issues.
