Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our team. The ICU RMO will be responsible for delivering round-the-clock care to critically ill patients, collaborating with consultants and ICU nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform initial patient assessments and assist in creating individualized care plans.
Monitor and document patient vital signs and clinical condition.
Provide support for advanced life support interventions, including ventilator management, resuscitation, and emergency procedures.
Liaise with ICU consultants, nursing staff, and other medical professionals to ensure effective, coordinated care.
Communicate with patients’ families regarding their condition, treatment plans, and progress.
Participate in rounds, clinical discussions, and training sessions.
Have knowledge about central line.
Qualifications:

Education: MBBS, BHMS, BAMS
Licensure: Valid medical license to practice.
Experience: Prior experience in ICU or emergency settings is highly desirable. (Min- 1 to 2 yrs)
Skills and Attributes:

Strong clinical and decision-making skills in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to handle critical situations with compassion and professionalism.
Knowledge of ICU equipment, monitoring systems, and advanced life support protocols.
