What you’ll own:
Build a world-class talent culture that attracts, retains, and develops top performers.
Define a leadership development strategy / succession plans and deliver executive coaching to your business leadership team(s)
Design and implement a strategic annual workforce & staffing plan
Balance the needs of team members, your functional business unit, the People Team, and the company
Provide regular, data-based guidance to leaders and individual contributors (performance management, talent development, leadership coaching, engagement, ER / investigations / compensation, etc).
Experience you’ll need:
A minimum of 5 years related experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
Experience counseling senior leaders and handling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Track record of effective, data-based decisions and judgment in the design and implementation of People systems and processes
Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance regulations, and industry norms
Proficient in supporting a high-performance culture
Outstanding interpersonal skills across a diverse group of executives, leaders, and team members
