PnQ Technologies Looking For Junior Human Resource & Office Administrator at Pune, Maharashtra, Full Time

The Opportunity 

We are seeking a Junior HR person for our Pune office to provide HR and administrative support to our local team. The ideal candidate should have organizational skills, self-starter with a positive attitude; someone who is proactive and possess the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a diverse team.

The Role

Candidate will be part of Business Operations team and must be able to participate in the multitasking and changing business environment to meet the demands of a growing company.

Your duties will involve managing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management as well as acting as the point of contact for all staff as HR/Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities (HR)

• Responsible for supporting HR Operations
• Building employer branding, attracting great talent and controlling attrition
• Conceptualizing & driving Employee Engagement
• Work closely with all functions & business units to address employee issues proactively
• Developing and leveraging HR processes such as(Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management)
• Liaise with other functional/departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements

Key Responsibilities (Office Administration)

• Overview the administrative services of the office
• Coordinate with building facilities for typical operational tasks
• Coordinate with various Government agencies, Banks and Vendors to support our business operations
• Create and implement organizational procedures across multiple departments
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Work with premises security to ensure the safety of Employees and Visitors

Skills & Experience

• HR professional with 2-3 years of experience post MBA from a good Business School
• Excellent communication & organizational skills; a thorough Professional
• Demonstrated experience in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment
• Experience in IT Services/Professional Services/Consulting Firms

Salary Package

• 5-7 LPA
