Job Description
LRO duties and responsibilitiesShould be a law graduate and preferably worked with finance companies for 2+years on collection and legal domain .Should have adequate knowledge on section 138 cases and Sarfaesi cases.Should have adequate knowledge on the collection process of banks and NBFCs .Job role
1) To handle the portfolio of 1 to N DPD all buckets.
2) Maintain detail data of cases filed on 1-N bucket with latest legal proceedings .
3) Execution of section 138 warrents for all buckets and also delivery of summons to customer place .
4) Affixation opreferable Notices and record it properly and forward to HO to file the 13/4 and tracking of 13/2
5) Meeting customers alon with FOs which has legal tools .Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR25,000.00 – INR40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
