The Position is for a Diamond Company in the USA. The employee shall be calling those customers who have been issued memos containing diamonds and taking updates for the same. She will also call customers for credit control.

Responsibilities and Duties

• He/She will be dialing to B2B customers of a US-based diamond company
• An excellent communication skill is a must to handle USA B2B business calling
• He / She will be interacting with the decision-maker of prospective customers directly.
• An aggressive telephone atticates needed
• Shift shall be USA shift
• An experience for USA B2B calling is an added advantage
• This calling will include calling to customers who have been issued memos and taking follow up
• Calling will also for credit control for receivables and payables
• She will be updating all details on CRM and generating reports theefrom.

Key Skills

Excellent communication skills. USA calling experience.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• At least 1-year Experience in working with USA projects is a must
• Experience has to be in the voice process
• Experience in B2B calling is preferred

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
