Languages: English, Telugu
Location : Telangana

Skills Required
· Installation and configuration of Windows 10.
· Installing and troubleshooting Mail Client such as Outlook and Thunderbird.
· Coordinate with vendors for Internet connectivity, Hardware, Software Purchases
· Coordinate with vendors for Internet connectivity, Hardware, Software fixes
· Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops.
· Trouble shooting Hardware and software applications problems.
· Configuring & troubleshooting of printer, scanner & LAN related issues.
· Maintenance and coordinating with Vendors on connectivity problems
· Support operation teams in resolving technical problems.
· Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
· Remotely resolving application problems and network in Branches.
· Asset maintenance for the Branches.
· Good Documentation Skills.
· Ticketing tool experience, SLA handling and closure.
· Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
· Willingness to Travel
