Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supply & Demand planning.
• Formulating and executing strategies to ensure the targeted demand growth.
• Responsibility of handling the category team.
• Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights.
• Improve customer wallet share through strategies
• Guide the team to achieve the organizational goals
• Manage team and ensure target delivery through the team.
• Ensure Customer and partner experience is intact for the category.
• Enhance the team skills toward the growth path in the organization.
• Use data to analyze & identify the process gaps for the improvement of the business numbers.
• Ensure smooth flow with the team and gather real-time feedback regarding the business impacts.

Skills Required:

• Ability to train, coach and support the team members
• Good team management skills
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Should be extremely good in making reports, interpreting them and driving insights out of the same
• High ownership and responsiveness at all times
• Highly efficient in excel skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Strong numerical and analytical skill

Educational qualifications preferred

• Institution tier: Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate in any stream will do.
