Your success in this role lies in fulfilling the following responsibilities consistently & diligently:

– Educating the clients on the monetization aspects of the platform
– Driving clients towards developing their online business using the product
– Consulting the clients to avail desired services to become successful in online domain
– Sharing quality inputs based on client interactions with the technology team to improve user experience
– Improving the activation rate of the clients with insightful customer success
– Driving engagement, retention and renewals of existing clients with the platform
– Achieving set business goals with detailed planning and execution

Desired Competencies:

• 1 + years of relevant experience
• Excellent spoken communication skills
• Strong ability to persuade, convince and negotiate
• Proficient in handling sensitive conversations with empathy
• Keen interest in exploring, problem solving and making things move
