We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

• Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
• Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product

and directing promotional support.

• Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific

customer-relations programs.

• Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• Monitor growth – organic & paid, and user engagement as well as suggest content optimization
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
• Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
• Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
• Work closely with the content and creative team to ensure regular posting of engaging content for all social media platforms.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge and experience in handling all social media platforms
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SMM, marketing databases, and social media advertising campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website, advertisement, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, FB Ad Manager, Linkedin Ads, etc.)
• Up to date with the latest features and trends in order to adapt them for our social media accounts

Job Type: Full-timePay: INR25,000.00 – INR55,000.00 per monthBenefits:
