Support the On-field sales team by taking ownership of backend activities

Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and maintain relationship with vendors to get product pricing/delivery timelines

Create multiple Proposals in tool (Zoho Books) for requirements generated by sales team

Ability to juggle multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize tasks

Achieve high customer satisfaction and positive feedback through quick proposal submission post requirement gathering by sales team

Follow-up with customer in regular intervals to track the status of Proposals submitted

Maintain proposal tracker and update status in weekly/Monthly/Quarterly meetings

Maintain Post-sales customer satisfaction through timely communication

Good to Have:
Strong sales and relationship management skills

Lead generation, cold calling & fixing appointments

Participate in client meetings as and when required and capture business requirements

Data collation of prospective clients and maintaining the hygiene in Zoho CRM

Requirements

Graduate (Preferred: BBM, BBA & B. Com)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
