Practo Technologies Hiring for Executive Operations (Night Shift) at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time
Responsible for all Hospital Operations during Night shift hours.
Night Audits of all hospital areas.
Attend to VIP admissions in the night hours.
Ensure smooth Emergency department operations in the night.
Address patient complaints and provide solutions / escalations.
Review and Analysis of the various types of billing process like Cash, Corporate, and TPA’s;
Responsible for cash collection & handover to concerned authority.
Ensure timely submission of all insurance pre auth documents as per guidelines.
Respond to all insurance process queries.
Ensure billing done as per agreed tariff and reducing the disallowances.
Segregation of non medical expenses & to ensure collection of copay at a time of bill closure.
Performing the day to day admissions.
Detailed counseling the patients regarding the admissions and hospital protocols.
Coordinating with ward and lCU Nursing staff regarding the ward allotment
Feeding all the necessary referral details at admission in the system coordinating with Marketing Executive.
For Cash Patients, the patients / attainders are properly counseled along with approximate costing / depositing the advance.
