Job Description
:
Heading – Customer Relation Department / Recovery (Collections) and Backend for all projects currently under construction for Residential & Commercial
Managing Project Approval with the Banks and Financial Institutions / NBFC’s for Individual loan process and documentation
Handling Time to Time approval of the retails home loan scheme with the banks / NBFC’s
Managing brokers in terms of customer queries, for stage wise collections & Home Loan.
Managing demand & reminders generation as construction stage wise, to collect timely payments.
Briefing with HNIs / Investors/Customers for the project.
Controlling the quality of portfolio after close monitoring, evaluations of financial eligibility of the individuals on the basis of various parameters i.e. verification of income Tax returns , balance sheet, profit and loss account, salary slip, bank statement to reduce future NPA’s.
Desired Profile
:
Prior working experince with Banks/NBFC with exposure in customer service
