This position is for PGD-PPT OR DPT degree/diploma holders from CIPET. The basic requirement is he should be either fresher (Only pass out 2022 or 2021) must have a basic computer knowledge and interested to work in operations job.

The day to day routine involves:
Preparing the compounding area

Weighing and measuring raw materials to make the PVC compound, which includes PVC resin, plasticizers, stabilizers, and pigments.

Mixing the raw materials using specialized equipment such as a high-speed mixer or a twin-screw extruder.

Setting up the compounding process by configuring the SCADA system with the appropriate parameters, such as the recipe for the PVC compound and the desired mixing time and temperature.

Starting the compounding process using the system’s control panel. The person can monitor the process in real-time through the SCADA system, which displays data such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates.

Making adjustments to the process parameters as needed through the SCADA system. For example, if the temperature is too high or low, the person can adjust it through the SCADA system to ensure that the process runs smoothly and that the quality of the PVC compound meets the required standards.

Conducting quality control tests using the SCADA system to ensure that the compound meets the required specifications.

Monitoring data to analyze the process and identify any areas for improvement. The system automatically logs all process data, including temperatures, pressures, and flow rates, as well as any alarms or alerts. Record data of the raw materials used, the mixing process, and the quality testing results to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Troubleshooting, If any issues arise during the compounding process, such as equipment malfunctions or quality control failures, the operator can use the SCADA system to troubleshoot the problem and take corrective action.
