Executive (Design & Development)

The candidate should be BE / B.Tech (Mechanical) full-time degree course from a recognized University with experience of at least 5 to 8 years in a design and development department.in the Pharmaceutical medical devices/Automobile industry.

Skill: Knowledge of Project Management Critical Thinking Innovative Mind Logical thinking Project Costing Proto making, ISO 13485 ISO 14791 FMEA Solid Edge surfacing, MS office etc.,

Job Location: Daman

Expectations:

1. Delivery of features
1.1 By planning the feature development
1.2 By working closely with the engineering team to align them with the requirements
1.3 By tracking the development progress

2. Good quality of the product
2.1 By developing the verification and validation plans
2.2 By working with the quality team to execute the verification and validation suite

3. Adherence to 13485 and 62304 standards.
3.1 By understanding the requirements of these processes through reading and training.
3.2 By ensuring all the correct development processes are being followed
3.3 By creating the documentation required

4. Cost-Effective Solution
4.1 By learning the new technologies
4.2 By Implementing house solution

5. Documentation
5.1 By making a Design history file
5.2 By updating SOP, Process Flow
5.3 By Making technical documents
