Job Title: SEO Executive

Location: Bowbazar, Kolkata,

Company: PrepMed (An Edtech organization providing coaching to NEET Aspirants)

Laptop is mandatory

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Week Off: Tuesday

Salary: ?15,000 – ?20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve the company’s website visibility and ranking on search engines.

Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and site structure improvements.

Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, alt tags, and internal linking to ensure it aligns with SEO best practices.

Perform ongoing technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to website performance, speed, and indexing.

Monitor and analyze website analytics and performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices to ensure continuous improvement

.Manage and improve backlink profile through effective link-building strategies.

Assist in managing and optimizing local SEO efforts, including Google My Business and other local listings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an SEO Expert, SEO Specialist, or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and understanding of website development.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently.
