Job Description:
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
They monitor daily performance of technical systems.
They install and configure computer applications.
Engineers monitor and maintain computer networks.
Engineers maintain procedural documents and reports.
They ensure proper logging of all issues and prepare accurate reports promptly.
Implement security tools and practices across servers and applications/services.
Ensure configurations and data backup of services and implement recovery from disaster.
Install Firewalls, application gateways and Access Control List based packet filters.
Engineers follow up with clients to make sure their computer systems are functioning
properly after troubleshooting.
