Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Checking the prime books (Cash book, Journals and Bank book) & managing daily cash balances.
• Handling and Maintaining Sales Tax Challan and Filling Sales Tax Return.
• Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
• Coordinate with C.A. related all financial terms for smooth work.
• Develop workable budgets, work plans and realistic timetables. Arranging financial audits and reviews as required.
• Recording of transactions (Online transactions, Journal vouchers).
• Generating financial statements (P&L and B/S). Maintaining accounts & finance system.
• Invoice chasing and escalation as needed.
• Handling all statutory legislation and regulations.
• Timely and accurate revenue forecasting.
• Manage end to end Payrolling (ESI & EPF etc.) Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, GST, disability, and nontaxable salaries.

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and oral/presentation skills.
• Must be good in Excel &Tally.
• 5+ Years of experience required in corporate Accounts/professional firm.
• Must be Post Graduate (MBA Finance/ M. Com).
• Working knowledge of accounting (Purchase accounting a plus), economics, tax, GST, legal & business operations.
• Computer literate (MS Office, MS Outlook and Specially Tally &MS Excel).
• Sourcing and Application of funds.
• Bank Co-ordination.
