We are looking for a receptionist to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a receptionist the person will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organization.Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
Greeting the Employee & guest at the office
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Answering all incoming calls and redirecting to the correct department
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, scanning etc.
