Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Electrical, Electronic or ITI in Electrician, Electronic

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs experience in Sales & service engg post for Machine tools or SPM manufacturing industry.

Location: Ludhiana

Job profile

New client development, submitting quotation to client, cost negotiation, collect Purchase order, co-ordinating with Project Manager for technical & project deadlines.

Co-ordinate existing client to get recurring order.

To be on a ready to travel to any place short notice to attend service calls or to sales order by client.

To give apt feedback to the Design and Production team about the problems faced during commissioning and testing, so that they can improve the design.

To ensure that the machines installed at various customer places are being maintained or monitored properly and their breakdown frequency and downtime is kept well below the desired levels.

To act proactively in such a way that the tasks of servicing, attending breakdowns, commissioning and testing is completed within specified quality levels and time limit.

To analyze designs/drawings or finished machinery and foresee the flaws and difficulties that may crop-up during erection or commissioning. To convey such concerns if any, to the Design department and to seek rectification.
