Job Description:
Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Production

Experience: 3 to 6 yrs exp from Foundry industry.

Work location: Chakan in Pune

Job Requirement:
Candidate should have experience in “Visual Inspection & Dimensional Inspection” in foundry plant.

Should have worked as an Internal Auditor.

Should have thorough foundry process knowledge.

Should have experience of handling customer’s issues and review Vendor’s rejection review.

Job profile: Mainly Quality inspection & process control of Foundry / Casting parts.

Knowledge about Foundry Processes, Casting Grade, Defects, Analysis & take a corrective action to remove a product defects

Knowledge about Casting Methoding, Pattern layout, Casting Layout

Quality inspection of foundry / casting product. Dimentional inspection of casting parts.

Prepare inspection report & control the production process.

Study of drawing and preparing of casting feasibility.

Conducting the trial on product to give defect free casting/ product.
