We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Operator cum Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines used in the production of signs and events materials, as well as designing creative and eye-catching graphics. This role requires a combination of technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

– Operate and maintain machines used in the production of signs and event materials, including but not limited to Solvent machine, laser cutters, large format printers, Lamination, Book binding, A3 Digital Printing, and vinyl cutters.
– Design and create high-quality graphics, signage, and event materials using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and Photoshop.
– Ensure all designs meet client specifications and quality standards.
– Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to machine operation.
– Perform routine maintenance and calibration of machines to ensure optimal performance.
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
– Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator and Designer in a similar industry.
– Proficiency in design software such as Solvent machine, laser cutters, large format printers, Lamination, Book binding, A3 Digital Printing, Pagination, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and Photoshop.
– Strong technical skills in operating , laser cutters, large format printers, and vinyl cutters.
– Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
