• The right candidate will be responsible for sales of Convergence solution products (Active components) along with associated application product like NMS:-

Networking: – Router, Switches, Security, WiFi

Applications: – Unified communication and collaborations, Network management & optimization,

Voice: – IPPABX, Video conference/Telepresence

Understanding of Storage / Server

• The candidate should be able to communicate effectively to present Cisco offerings, gather customer requirements, uncover needs/pain areas and present customized solutions to the client.
• Should have rich experience and proven track record in handling Central Govt agencies along with state Govt.
• The job will include making sales calls & generating prospects, presentation/demonstrations, negotiation, order follow-up and payment collection.
• The candidate should have connects and will be required to identify accounts, develop them and manage relationships individually with Cisco and other OEMs

Requirements

• Experience in the Government Sector (Central, State, PWD, etc.) + Networking industry.
• Should be able to carry targets and deliver them.
• Hard core selling experiences of Networking, Security, Data Centre and collaboration product likes Router, switches from OEM like Cisco, HP, Juniper, Avaya, etc.
• Suitable candidate must have experience with major accounts in North India & able to hunt/ identify and handle large accounts for desired product lines
• Self-learner who is abreast of the latest in technology, competition, and the industry landscape
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills
• Pleasing personality and should be a good team player
• Self-driven individual with the go-getter attitude
• Personal integrity in commercial dealing and working
