Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain IT dialer software

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with IT dialer software

Provide technical support to users of IT dialer software

Stay up-to-date on the latest IT dialer software trends and technologies

Specifically for this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining IT dialer software for international calls connecting to Telematics ELD Devices. You will also provide technical support to users of the IT dialer software for this specific purpose.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in IT dialer software

Strong understanding of IT dialer software installation, configuration, and maintenance

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with IT dialer software

Experience with international calls and Telematics ELD Devices is a plus

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
