Job Responsibilities:
Assessing training needs, Coaching & Development of new/ existing Representatives to deliver best-in-class HCP engagement and in-clinic effectiveness during joint field work
Facilitate Area Managers in sustaining the impact of training provided to Field Sales Representatives through continuous on the job coaching; evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs imparted and document it.
Organize training programs, viz., Product Training/Refreshers, Stewardship trainings, and Induction Training programs according to need of the BU in the assigned geography. To have a regular TNA and plan Training interventions
Send appropriate and relevant write ups / newsletters to the field for quick reference and effective application to local field force in a compliant way.
Act in line with ethical standards, company procedures and PGHL way of management which includes PVP, WBCM and fundamentals and reinforce the field force this during field work and field team meetings
Position based at Specific HQ, 80% field working and 20% class room training within the zone
Job Qualifications
Bachelor or master’s degree, preferably with a Degree or diploma in Management
Minimum 5-7 Years’ experience in Pharmaceutical selling out of which he/she should have worked as an Area Manager for at least 2-3 years and minimum of one year of sales training experience
A candidate with an overall exposure from both RX as well as OTC will be a preferred choice
