Overview of the job
This role will focus on leading Compliance, Governance, Government Relations Strategy, and External Relations Action Plan for P&G Indonesia. You will enable a business strategy to build P&G’s external reputation and competitiveness.
Your team
This role reports to the ASEAN GR Leader with a dotted line to the AMA GR SVP.

Understand policies and regulations and the ability to provide opinions and solutions for our company, our businesses, and our people.
Lead and drive an external Government strategic action plan, in close partnership with Leadership and multifunction teams internally, and ability to advocate externally
Establish the internal and innovative business process to drive the functions into a single and cohesive vision externally.
Responsibilities of the role
Supervise legislative developments, identify emerging issues to the company, and strategic counsel.
Own the influencing policy and legislation realities with the business goals.
Establish and maintain P&G relationships with the government, embassies, and representation in industry associations and chambers of commerce.
Plan, design, and deliver corporate reputation objectives through the citizenship pillars with the government as a primary stakeholder.
Support in site regulatory compliance, external inspection, and audits.
Serve as an ambassador of the company – Its equity, culture, PVP, and Business Conduct Policy.
Recommend, build, develop and execute effective, tailored strategies & programs that build and protect the business. Has the trust and confidence of management to negotiate and respond to external developments on behalf of the business within their area of business/external expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor/Master’s degree in economics or international relations with an excellent academic background.
At least 5-8 years in a relevant corporate position with policies or regulatory areas, government agencies, or consultancy services that serve equivalent clients
Must have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership
Have strong analytical thinking and skills
Curious individuals can make sophisticated decisions using all the available data but are comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
