Product Manager at Coimbatore Full Time

We’re expanding our product offerings and are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a multidisciplinary development team. The ideal candidate will spot gaps in our product, identify opportunities for innovation, and turn insights into impactful solutions. You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from strategy and ideation to launch and adoption—driving measurable business outcomes along the way.

Objectives of this Role

Lead product and business planning across cross-functional teams.

Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to shape product direction.

Translate requirements into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.

Appraise new product ideas and define effective go-to-market strategies.

Maintain production timelines and align stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

Create & Implement Product Strategy

• Translate business strategy into actionable product strategy.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Drive execution to deliver impactful products.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to get products to market.
• Plan and manage product launches.
• Contribute to product profitability and long-term commercial success.

Conduct Market & User Research

• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform product direction.
• Generate and validate ideas through data-driven analysis and stakeholder input.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities for differentiation.

Oversee Product Development & Design

• Guide product development with a focus on customer-centric design.
• Leverage customer and stakeholder feedback to refine features.
• Ensure seamless collaboration with design, engineering, and business teams.

Drive Communication & Stakeholder Alignment

• Clearly communicate strategy, priorities, and progress to all stakeholders.
• Align teams before major milestones (feature definition, pricing, launch, testing, post-launch review).

Lead Product Launches & Adoption

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to enable effective rollout.
• Leverage CRM, analytics, and project management tools to track impact.

Enable Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Create training resources, help pages, and customer-facing materials.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to ensure product adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in product management within a fast-paced environment.

Track record of overseeing the full product development lifecycle.

Strong ability to design and execute product marketing strategies.

Excellent communication skills—writing, presenting, and influencing across levels.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design, engineering, or related field.

Previous experience in software or web development.

Demonstrated success as a hands-on product developer before moving into management.
